Aaron Patterson, CDT draws on decades of Dental Lab experience to share real case examples — both exceptional and problematic — illustrating how small improvements in case submission can dramatically impact quality and turnaround. We will walk through the good, the challenging, and the "we made it work" — to highlight what makes a case succeed from start to finish. Attendees will leave with simple, actionable steps to strengthen their lab partnership and get better results for their patients with practical takeaways for improving impressions, taking photos, communicating proper shade, and case notes that lead to better outcomes and fewer remakes.
