If you have ever been impressed by the suturing techniques of periodontists and would like to incorporate some of those techniques into your practice, this course will help you develop those skills. Dr. Elazizi will be guiding us through the suturing techniques, materials, and needles he uses for flap surgeries. Each participant will be given a suturing kit and silicone models for practice and will have the chance to place the various sutures we will be discussing. This course should help participants know the correct types of sutures to use for various purposes and how to place them properly.
